Lead the future of AI-powered diagnostics

We are now bringing our machine learning expertise into a dedicated organization and are looking for a Director Machine Learning to lead the next phase of our journey.

This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical leadership with real-world impact in healthcare. You will lead a team of highly skilled specialists while shaping the long-term AI and machine learning strategy of a global technology leader.

Your mission

As Director Machine Learning, you will lead and develop CellaVision's machine learning organization and play a key role in shaping future generations of products. You will:

· Lead, coach and grow a team of machine learning experts and technical leaders.

· Drive the development of advanced AI solutions for medical image analysis.

· Define the long-term technology direction and research agenda within the field.

· Ensure that research, innovation and product development are translated into robust solutions used in healthcare worldwide.

· Build strong relationships with universities, research institutes and external partners.

Serve as a technical authority within AI and machine learning and contribute to strategic technology decisions across the company.

Who you are

We believe you combine deep machine learning expertise with the ability to inspire and lead highly skilled specialists.

You have:

· A strong track record within machine learning and advanced technology development.

· Experience leading senior technical teams and creating environments where experts thrive.

· The ability to bridge cutting-edge research and real-world product development.

· A genuine interest in new developments within machine learning and AI.An academic background in computer science, applied mathematics, machine learning or a related field.

Whether your experience comes from industry, academia, or a combination of both, you are recognized for your technical credibility and your ability to create direction and drive progress.
